SENER Group’s Code of Conduct
SENER has a Code of Conduct that defines the corporate behavior guidelines to be followed by SENER people in their interaction with fellow colleagues, but also with clients, suppliers, partners and institutions. This document describes the main ethical considerations that must be put into practice in the day-to-day activity, establishing rules of necessary observance and promoting the application of the principles and core values of the group.
This Code of Conduct calls on all SENER people, without distinction of level of responsibility or geographic area where they are performing their work, to carry out their working activities in accordance with the highest levels of professional excellence and personal ethics required by the company.
Therefore, this Code of Conduct formally sets out the values, references and rules that should guide the behavior of all SENER people regarding concepts such as development and inclusion of people, quality, health and safety at work, environmental protection and the promotion of sustainable development of society. It also regulates how to act in circumstances where conflicts of interest or financial irregularities may have occurred.
