SENER has a close relationship with Spanish universities and technical schools, in order to promote engineering as a profession amongst the younger generations.

Professionals from the company give classes in different technical schools, participate as guests at conferences and courses, and organise visits to the SENER facilities.

Links with universities have materialised through participation in projects, prizes, collaboration, etc. Amongst other elements it is worth highlighting: 

• The development of an assistant robot for laparoscopic surgery at the University of Malaga (UMA).
• The collaboration-sponsorship agreement for the Formula Student single-seater racing car project with the Bilbao Superior Technical School of Engineering.
• The SENER prize for best progress in the Programming Languages subject at the Madrid Technical School of Naval Engineering.
• Participation in the Board of European Students of Technology Engineering Competition at the UPC-BARCELONA TECH.
