Projected and supervised by SENER, this building houses a senior citizen's center, youth center and underground parking lot.

The San Benito de Alcántara Foundation awarded the “Puente de Alcántara” International Award to the viaduct over the Contreras Dam. It is part of the project and technical assistance to project management contract for the Minglanilla – Villargordo del Cabriel stretch of the high speed Madrid – Castilla La Mancha – Valencian Community - Murcia region rail line built by SENER-GESTEC for Adif.

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Bilbao (Spain), through Plenary Corporate Session, awarded SENER the “Makila de Honor 2010” for its contribution to the Chamber’s objectives. Specifically, the Chamber recognized SENER's innovative work in the shipping field with the development of the FORAN system, a CAD/CAE/CAM software tool for the design and construction of ships and naval and marine devices.

Hemendik Award for Innovation, granted by the Deia newspaper in recognition of SENER's record since its establishment in Bilbao in 1956, a record characterized by the search for new and efficient technological solutions.
