At SENER we work together with research centers such as:

• CEIT (associated to the School of Industrial Engineers of San Sebastian), working on a virtual reality simulator for assembly and dismantling operations for aircraft engine parts
• CIEMAT (Center for Research in Energy, Environment and Technology), working together on researching and testing solar thermal power generation systems
• INTA (National Institute of Aerospace Technology), working together on the optics for the main camera used in the future Spanish Earth observation satellite
• HEGAN (Basque Aerospace Cluster), working together on research programs and testing for aeronautical propulsion.
