Working in SENER
At SENER we invest in continuous development for our employees, to provide them with more skills for the tasks they undertake in their work.
More than 65% of staff at SENER have taken advantage of the 20,000 hours of training offered during their working day, as well as study grants for higher education and language study abroad.
Our training plans are planned to provide higher skills in technology for company employees, with a view to meeting future company needs.
The SENER training plan comprises three broad areas:
- Specific training, to provide employees with skills in a specific area that are required in their work
- General training provided to all SENER staff, regardless of their position, qualifications or professional category
- Skills training, to improve interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer relationships.
